The Nashville Relocation Services (NRS) team understands that the relocating employee needs support before, during and after a move. By partnering with the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams, NRS develops a custom corporate relocation plan for both inbound and outbound transferees that meets the philosophical and financial goals of the company. As the trusted liaison, we are trained and experienced to work in tandem with the objectives of the company, the transferee, and the RMC counselor when applicable, to help manage the process and maximize the transferee’s time and corporate benefits. For those transferees relocating with minimal corporate benefits, we act as a personal relocation concierge to guide transferees and their families seamlessly through the entire process.

Provide an area orientation package with community directories, local government agencies, and education information along with specialized information based on needs such as elder care, child care, special education, places of worship, pets, etc.
Personalized area tours of the new city to include medical facilities, health clubs, attractions, recreation and sports, etc.
Home Purchase Assistance and Representation to include a detailed home search that meets budget and desired amenities, securing mortgage, insurance, and oversight on all processes to ensure a successful closing
Rental or temporary housing assistance if needed
Settling-In Services including school enrollment assistance, introduction to Concierge List of vendors & contractors
